General Payment Information for sessions with Susan Peach:

You have options:  cash pay or insurance.  Susan’s standard full fees are $175 for the initial intake session and $150 for subsequent 50-60 minute sessions. For those that prefer or need cash pay, there is a sliding scale which can adjust the full fees to between $65 and $150 based on income. Fees vary for groups, classes and other services. Please note that there is a separate fee for client requested paperwork or letters done outside session time, and that these services are only available for established clients. Contact us for specific information or any questions about fees.

Counseling sessions, whether individual, couple, family or group, may be covered by insurance, though you may still have to pay for any portion that is a deductible, co-pay or cost share. See the list of accepted insurance below.

Please note that there is a $50 missed appointment fee for no shows and non-emergency late cancellations.

It’s helpful if you call the number on your insurance card or consult your policy to determine your coverage for outpatient mental health, as it will give you an idea of what your portion of payment will be.

Susan is currently not contracted with Magellan, Medicaid, Medicare or Veteran’s Choice. If you have one of these insurances, even as secondary coverage, you will be better served by a provider that is contracted with them.
